All orders are shipped as requested, items may be shipped from stock or
made to order per standard lead times, remember UPS or Fed Ex ground to East
Coast takes 5 days. Tracking information will be emailed at shipment. All efforts are made to provide accurate shipping charges, but with recent changes to UPS and FED EX rates based on box sizes and qty, the shipping portion of your cart may price HIGHER THAN OUR ACTUAL CHARGE , because it assumes more boxes will be used. In this event Heartwood will rebate back the reasonable difference in cost back to you at shipment.
