Warranty and Pricing
We're absolutely confident that you'll be satisfied with your purchase from Heartwood Carving! If you're not, we will gladly replace factory defective items within one year of purchase date, subject to factory approval.
Our liability shall not exceed the replacement cost of our product.
Defect on the material or workmanship must be reported upon receipt and prior to installation.
*Wood products must be maintained under stable temperature and humidity conditions to remain under warranty.
Prompt and proper sealing and finishing is essential to maintain wood stability.
We use Water Resistant Glue for additional glue joint durability

Deposits
Orders for large quantities, columns, mantels, special woods or modified items will require a 50% deposit to process. Balance before shipment.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders, and notify you of your order status. Your phone number is necessary for FedEx Expedited shipping and International shipping. It will also be used to contact you if there is a question regarding your order. Phone numbers will not be used for sales calls.
We occasionally make our customer list (postal mailing list only) available to carefully screened companies whose products may interest you. If you do not wish to receive their mailings, we will be sure your name is removed from the list we share with other organizations.
